1、Sales Order processing: including order entry booking, invoice preparing, RMA handling, new customer creation list price maintain in system. etc.
2、Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
3、Prepare reports required by management team and review backlog with customers.
Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond resolve timely.
4、Deal with customer complaints, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
5、Assist on process/system improvement projects.
6、Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
